1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and yoktogel (hereinafter referred to as "yoktogel", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at yoktogel.cam.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the yoktogel platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. 2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by an eligible individual on the yoktogel platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a player's Account at any given time, including both deposited funds and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a yoktogel promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposited Funds" means real money deposited by a Player into their Account via approved payment methods.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and verification process applied to player accounts in accordance with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which yoktogel accounts are denominated.
• "Platform" means the yoktogel online gaming platform and all associated services, interfaces, and mobile-compatible environments accessible at yoktogel.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility

In order to register and maintain an Account on yoktogel, you must satisfy and continuously comply with all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the Platform.
• You are registering the Account in your own legal name and on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or close family member of yoktogel or any associated entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law, and you accept full personal responsibility for verifying your legal entitlement to use the Platform in your location.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or gambling block that would otherwise restrict your access to online gambling services.

Yoktogel reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate Accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or where false information was provided during registration.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are required to keep this information current and update it promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, or devices are used — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Yoktogel applies KYC verification procedures in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We may request the following documents at any point during your account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: Valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used belongs to the registered account holder.
• Source of Funds: Documentation evidencing the legitimate origin of deposited funds may be requested for large transactions.

Withdrawals above applicable thresholds will be held pending successful KYC completion. The submission of falsified, altered, or third-party documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

Yoktogel supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT, BNB).

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Yoktogel does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically reflected in your Account balance within the processing time applicable to the chosen payment method: instantly for e-wallets and DuitNow; 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers.
• Yoktogel reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds to source where there is reason to believe the deposit is connected to fraudulent or unlawful activity.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, bets, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at time of receipt. Yoktogel is not responsible for cryptocurrency market fluctuations between deposit instruction and settlement.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being satisfied at the time of request:

• Your Account must be fully verified under our KYC procedures.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be completed before withdrawal of associated winnings.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Deposited Funds balance (as distinct from Bonus Funds balance).
• Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your KYC documentation.

6.2 Processing Times

Yoktogel endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes, which are realistic estimates and not contractual guarantees:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Under 5 minutes from approval.
• DuitNow: Approximately 5–15 minutes from approval.
• FPX / Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB): 5–60 minutes from approval depending on bank processing.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. Yoktogel accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary based on your VIP tier and verification status. Yoktogel reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by yoktogel are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts at yoktogel's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement (also referred to as "rollover") specifies the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires total bets of MYR 3,500 before withdrawal eligibility is activated.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to the clearance of wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are:

• Slot games: 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10–20% contribution
• Sports betting: Variable — typically 50–80% contribution
• Lottery / number games: As specified in individual promotion terms

7.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per transaction is typically capped at MYR 250–500 unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms. Exceeding this limit while using Bonus Funds may result in the bonus being voided.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

Yoktogel actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, yoktogel reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to suspend or permanently close the Account.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the yoktogel platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or sports betting market in question, as displayed within the Platform at time of play. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the system. Yoktogel will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the part of the Platform.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game or mid-bet, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game's certified RNG record or the relevant sports result, as applicable.
• Yoktogel reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds or prices arising from a manifest error, regardless of whether the bet was accepted by the system.
• All games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested to ensure provably fair outcomes.
• Yoktogel's decision in any dispute relating to the result of a game or bet is final and binding, subject to the formal complaints process described in Section 16.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yoktogel platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or promotions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Depositing funds originating from unlawful activity.
• Engaging in any activity that may disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or user experience.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any outstanding withdrawals processed. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to standard verification requirements.

10.2 Involuntary Suspension or Termination

Yoktogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Underage gambling — confirmed or reasonably suspected.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements applicable to the Platform's licensing.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform for responsible gambling reasons may do so by contacting our support team. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the yoktogel platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of yoktogel or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment as a registered player, strictly in accordance with these Terms. No other right or licence is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from yoktogel.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yoktogel and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances outside yoktogel's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions.
• Losses arising from reliance on information, odds, or prices displayed on the Platform where such information was affected by a technical error.
• Indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Responsible Gambling

Yoktogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. 14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which yoktogel holds its operating licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through yoktogel's internal complaints process.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from applying to any court of competent jurisdiction for urgent or interim relief.

Malaysian players acknowledge that Malaysia does not maintain a domestic regulatory framework for online gambling operators and that their use of the Platform is governed by the international licensing terms applicable to yoktogel's licensed entity. Players are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Yoktogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or registered email address. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10.1.
